Return/Refund Policy
We strive to make sure that you are happy with your product. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your order for a 110% refund or exchange within 10 working days after the day you received your order. Simply contact us here to get a return authorization number. Then, return the order with the original receipt and products with the return authorization number written on the outside of box or package. Delivery charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping and handling charge of $3.99 for all U.S. orders, $7.99 for all Canadian Orders, and $11.99 for all international orders. We ship first-class USPS within approximately 24-48 (Monday through Saturday) hours of the order placed. Please be aware that delays may occur from time to time. If you have not received your order in a timely fashion, please contact us here.
