How do I sign up for the Affiliate Program?
Please review all the information our affiliate page www.ubercube.com/affiliate.html and press the SIGN ME UP! button towards the bottom of the page.
You will be required to fill in the following information: name, address, website name, website address, and email address.
How much commission do I make?
You will receive a 15% commission on the total sale price of the order placed by a visitor who arrived at our site via our link on your site.
Please note the 15% commission is only for products: Cube Tube, Cube Tube³, and Über Tube. NOTE: There is no commissions for the Über Cube Sampler.
When do I get paid?
We pay electronically by PayPal at the end of every month no matter what your total sales commissions were for the period.
Is there any situation where I'm not allowed to place your links?
Generally most websites are acceptable. However we do not accept anyone who engages in any activities involving spamming or advertising on sites containing or advocating illegal activities.
Where can I find your graphic and text links to use?
Graphic banners and text links can be found when you log-in to your personal affiliate area once you have signed up. After being logged in follow the link "Get Links" on the left hand side of your personal affiliate area.
Can I customize your links?
For text links you can cut and paste the links out of your affiliate member area and change the text that is between the anchor (<a></a>) tags. If anything else is changed the affiliate program wont know whom the link is coming from, and you wont get paid!
For graphic banner links currently we only have the ones available. Please contact us if your looking for something different.
Where do I log in to see my sales records?
Sales records can be viewed at the affiliate member log-in page located here.
Who provides your affiliate program service and tracking?
Our affiliate program sales tracking is provided by Mal's e-commerce Limited. Mal's e-commerce is a top-notch, secure, reliable service we are proud to be part of.
Do I really have to wait for a confirmation email, seems like I can use your links right away?
Yes, you must wait for a confirmation email. The reason is, we need to review your website and make sure it follows our basic guidelines. Once you're accepted, we then activate your account and send you an email verifying you can use the links right away.
Do you offer multiple tier affiliates?
At this time we only offer a 1-tier affiliate.
What are your agreement terms?
Terms of Agreement: By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them. These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: spamming, advertising on sites containing or advocating illegal activities, inappropriate or misleading advertisements, or violation of intellectual property.
This program also complies with the general Privacy Policy, Law, Legal Notices (intellectual property), Terms of Use, Disclaimer and Limited Liability on this Website.
Liability: We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of data, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our Website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our Website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
